Features
     If the material's moisture is above 12%, the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture from 12% to 6%-8% before the material ( e.g. sawdust ) is put into pellet extruder machine. The productivity can be designed as the requirements from customers.
Dryer machine, also called pipeline type drier, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipment, and show the features of automatic feeding, high hot nairflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying  capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used dryer machine.
    In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
