Customer & Need
An American peanut butter company wanted to expand production. Their old manual method could not meet growing demand. They needed a fully automatic line with 300kg/h capacity, FDA-compliant food grade stainless steel, and high automation.
Solution
GELGOOG provided a complete 300kg/h peanut butter processing line including:
Feeder & bucket elevators
Continuous roaster (electric, 160-180°C) + cooler
Peeler (98% skin removal rate)
Sorting belt
Coarse grinder + two fine grinders (final fineness 2-60 microns, uniformity >95%)
Storage and mixing tanks
Vacuum deaerator
Filling machine
All contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, meeting FDA food contact standards. The line runs in a closed, dust-free way.
Delivery & Compliance
Manufacturing: ~6 weeks, CE certified
Shipping: ~3 weeks by sea from Qingdao to US port
Installation & training: ~2 weeks with GELGOOG engineers on site
The equipment meets FDA requirements for materials and sanitation. The customer is responsible for facility registration, FSVP, and final product testing (aflatoxin, salmonella, labeling).
Result & Feedback
The line operates stably at 300kg/h. The peanut butter is smooth, uniform, and meets US quality expectations. The customer said: “The roasting, peeling, and grinding work very well. Safety features greatly improve food quality and safety.”
