1. When the equipment is not working, the residues of the equipment should be cleaned up in time and kept clean.
2. Regularly check the lubricating oil (grease) of the reducer and bearing, and add it when it is insufficient to prevent wear due to lack of oil.
3. If the baking equipment selected by the customer is heated by gas, it must be configured in strict accordance with the gas source requirements of the burner, otherwise the normal operation of the burner cannot be supported.
4. Before starting the roasting machine, check whether the power supply and transmission parts are normal, and whether the rotation direction of each motor is normal.
5. The baking equipment must first start the transmission mesh belt and then heat it. When the machine is stopped, the heating must be stopped first. When the temperature of the equipment drops below 80 degrees, the operation of the mesh belt can be stopped.
6. Turn on the circulation fan first, and then turn on the heating unit. Because the temperature sensor can measure the accurate temperature only when the hot air is circulating.
7. The mesh belt chain has a lubricated needle valve oil cup. When the baking equipment is running, add cooking oil and open the needle valve. Lubricate the chain and place dry-grinding prematurely damaged chains.
8. For the controller of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, be sure to turn off the machine and restore the zero position. You need to adjust the speed slowly after turning it on.
