Rotor drum granulator is the molding machine which can turn material into a particular shape. Drum granulator is the key equipment of compound fertilizer industry, applicable to cold, heat granulation and high and low concentration of compound fertilizer mass production.
This series of drum granulates’ working principle is: by the main motor drive belt and pulley, through the reducer drive to drive shaft, install on the drive shaft of open gear and fixed on the body of the big gear ring gear, relative to one another.
The main work way is for aggregate wet granulation, by a certain amount of water or steam, the basis of fertilizers in the cylinder body after full wet chemical reactions in liquid phase under certain conditions, by means of the rotational movement of the cylinder, so that the material between the particles pressure reunion into a ball.
Drum granulator, through the steam, gases or ammonia or nitrogen is added a solution of phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate slurry TSP slurry machine, complete chemical reaction and heat of fertilizer granulation process in the barrel; or add a small amount of cold water fertilizer granulation process. The granulated material required by the rotational movement of the cylinder, the cylinder is not material to produce roll rotation, at a certain humidity and temperature into a cohesive ball, complete ball forming process.
