Compact Peanut Butter Machine for Asia

Gelgoog peanut butter production processing line is designed by reference of the Asia tech. It is consisted of feed elevator, continuous peanut roaster, conveyor, cooling machine, decorticating machine, sorting conveyor, peanut grinding machine, pump, storage slot, cooling machine, mixing machine, filling packaging machine etc.

Complete Production Process

The small scale peanut paste production line integrates several essential machines into a streamlined workflow:

1. Peanut Roaster

The process begins with a rotating drum roaster that evenly heats raw nuts at controlled temperatures (typically 150- 170C for 20–30 minutes). The operator can preset temperature parameters to achieve optimal roasting that brings out the natural flavor and aroma of the nuts .

2. Cooling Belt Conveyor

After roasting, peanuts are conveyed through a cooling belt equipped with fans that rapidly reduce the temperature, preventing further cooking and preparing the nuts for efficient peeling .

3. Peanut Peeling Machine

Using emery roller friction, this machine removes the red seed coat with a peeling rate exceeding 98%. An integrated fan suction system collects the removed skins, leaving clean, split peanut halves ready for grinding .

4. Peanut Butter Grinding Machine (Colloid Mill)

The core of the production line, this machine uses a stator-rotor system to grind peanuts into smooth paste. The fineness is adjustable (typically 2–100 microns or 100–150 mesh), allowing production of both smooth and crunchy textures. Grinding temperature is controlled around 68–85°C to preserve nutritional value and flavor .

5. Storage & Mixing Tank

Made of double-layer stainless steel, the storage tank can heat and maintain the temperature of the peanut paste while mixing ensures homogeneity. This step is crucial for achieving consistent texture throughout the batch .

6. Filling Machine

The final stage features a semi-automatic or automatic filling machine that dispenses precise volumes (300–1000 ml) into bottles, jars, or pouches at speeds of 20–60 containers per minute
