Working Process
Cocoa Liquor Feeding: Pre-ground cocoa liquor is pumped or manually loaded into the press chamber.
Pressing Phase: The machine applies intense pressure, squeezing out cocoa butter through fine filtration plates.
Butter Collection: Extracted cocoa butter is collected through outlet valves and sent for filtration and cooling.
Cake Ejection: Remaining cocoa cake is automatically ejected or scraped from the mold for further grinding into cocoa powder.
